Top management defines, shapes and leads the initiative. Their drive and visible commitment is essential. We will work with your executive team to help them gain an understanding of Lean and Six Sigma, to define their role as initiative leaders and to identify the tools suitable for your company. We will discuss your objectives and strategic needs, will help you identify your opportunities for improvement and present the most appropriate programme for your organisation.
From here we will work with you on a pilot project or deployment on a small scale – defining the initial focus area, selecting projects, training “champions”, running specific Kaizen Events, identifying and training the first Balck Belt/Green Belt specialists and executing improvement projects.
